Jeera Aloo

is a typical North Indian dish, probably made in thousands of homes every day. Easy to make and quick too, it goes equally well with rotis or parathas.

and dice some . Heat oil, add jeera (), put in the potatoes, add , red chilli powder, turmeric (), (coriander) powder and (dried powder). Toss and cook covered for a while. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve.
