Mustard Coriander Fish CurryThis has a traditional Indian flavor and combines the twang of coriander with the flavor of mustard. It takes just about 15 minutes to make and tastes divine.Here’s what you do – add some mustard seeds – crackle, some sliced onions. Add some turmeric, paste and some – add a handful of chopped coriander. Pour in some water to make a curry. When thats done, add the pieces of fish and for 10 minutes. Adjust seasoning, throw on another handful of coriander and serve with steaming .
