Food Porn
Street food in Delhi is a varied mixture of all kinds of stuff. You’ll get Kathi Rolls (flour parathas (flat breads) stuffed with spicy, succulent shredded chicken/mutton and vegetables, with the option of adding an egg or two to it), kachoris (deep fried flour shells stuffed with a spicy lentil mixture), Bread Pakodas (spicy potato sandwiches, coated in batter and deep fried), Chow Mein (the Indian version), Chicken and Vegetable Momos, stuffed Naans, batter fried fish, biryani, kebabs and just about anything else you can think of. Rich in taste, poor in hygiene, you would do well to stick to hot foods here and avoid the chutneys or yogurt based cold dips/sauces.
