For Cheese & Cold Cuts would suggest- Steak House at Jor Bagh market- wide array of cheese and helpful staff- excellent advice and you can always taste the wares before you try-best thing to try are the Yak & the smoked cheese & their own Honey glazed ham, the sausages & franks they also keep a huge variety of imported grocery itmes- little steep but you get away from the hustle bustle of INA
For Flanders cheese-THE CHEESE BALL, 31 Mehr Chand Market, Lodi Road
For Chciken & processed chicken & fish products- Green Chick( have a great variety of mortadellas, etc @ any of their various stores, ditto for Republic of Chicken
Cutlery & utensil- Numerous shops in Azad Market and ofcourse in sadr- Whole bunch of shops for platters & restaurant kind of stuff
Imported fruit- Shimla Fruit Mart- Khan market
