This is a sandwich made of leftovers.
There are so many things we can do with leftovers, rather than let them sit in the fridge nurturing new varieties of mould. Take this lovely sandwich for instance. Leftover chicken kebabs were mashed and mixed with some sliced onions and stuffed between two slices of pita bread. The sandwich was then grilled in a sandwich grill and served with some cool (as in temperature) rocket leaves. Looked good and tasted good. |

Making me hungry and I have only a banana and four dates until lunchtime…
Great idea for saving money and still creating great tasting meals. The sandwich looks very tasty, I can’t wait to try it!
