What we do serve is 'golden sela' which is parboiled rice, as well as the 'red' rice which is traditionally used in Goa. The Goan paos are fermented with toddy which is not available here, so we have to make do with the local paos, but we certainly do not serve 'buns':-) Anurag, I would just like to say that we have never served ‘basmati’ rice. Just had one dish, Sorpotel, but it was enough to tell me about the rest of their food. Had it with steamed rice, I can't say I've had s simpler and better meal in recent months!! Kudos!!
