Blendz is a little juice bar on the same floor as the Celebrity Fitness Gym in JMD Arcade, MG Road, Gurgaon. We dropped in to check out their range of smoothies, shakes and fresh fruit juices. A small outlet catering to take away customers and over the counter service only, Blendz seems to maintain a clean environment and provides efficient service.
We tried a few of their eats and two blended drinks – Banana-o-Rama (banana, apples, oranges) and VeryBerry (a mixture of various berries and pomegranate). The food was fresh enough and not unexpectedly, focused on raw, boiled or soaked ingredients – healthy! I didn’t like the look of their sandwiches and chose not to try them. The Banana-o-Rama was excellent, but the VeryBerry was a little too acidic for my taste – you may like it though. The selection of drinks is extensive and I’m sure they have many more delicious blends hidden in the menu. The overall selection of food though could be far better and a selection for diabetics would be wise. I’m told the food at this outlet was an afterthought and their next outlet will feature a much larger selection.
