Sunday Brunch @ Claridges, Surajkund
‘Brunch’ is such a delightful term. It encompasses a large bunch of words in my dictionary that best be described as decadent, indulgent, lazy and all of those qualities that make one feel completely laid-back at midday. A glass of champagne or sparkling wine doesn’t hurt and only help matters.
Antara, Charis, Mukta, Parul and I met up for a lazy Sunday Brunch at the Claridges this past Sunday at their multi-cuisine restaurant, Oasis. Divided into multiple counters including a very quaint, little one for children, words are seldom sufficient when describing a brunch spread, which I’ve chosen to illustrate via photographs. Of particular interest was the whole leg of parma ham available for interested carnivores and the jungli mutton, which was so very delicious! Check out the photographs, then reach for your phone to reserve a table for next Sunday. It’ll be worth the trip, which by the way only seems tiresome; it’s actually quite a short drive!
