Hi Sid,
After reading your review of Jing I decided to try the restaurant since it seemed to be different from the usual 'Punjabi Chinese' or 'Chinjabi' food we get in Delhi/Gurgaon. We chose the items which had been recommended by you and were quite impressed. The prawns in spring onion emulsion were delightful having a subtle flavour of the onions. Also had the mutton stew and the fish - a big favourite with us ! The fried milk dessert was probably a bit disappointing and needs to be accompanied by vanilla icecream. All in all a restaurant serving excellent Chinese food. Incidentally I noticed that all the tables around us had ordered the usual spicy looking Chinese fare so that seems to be more poular. I only hope they continue serving such fresh and authentic Chinese fare.
Cheers.
