We find good food at the strangest of places and I’ll admit a bar and lounge isn’t one of the expected locations. We visited Vapour, a bar and lounge in the MGF Megacity Mall. Seating about 300 people on average, Vapour has a large roof top presence with live grills, music and projection screens. Featuring quite a large selection of alcohol and a full service food menu, Vapour also has some of the best service I’ve seen in Gurgaon. You’ll like the terrace seating, which is pleasant, spacious and best of all, accommodates smokers.
We tried a range of their food including Chicken Yakitori, Nori Rolls, Chicken Suya, Mushroom Duplex and Bakwan Jagung. All the food, without exception was excellent and one of the best in Gurgaon in their category. We tried the beer too, which was a little disappointing. The much loved wheaty flavors were barely discernable, even in their ‘Wheat’ variant, though the beer per se was nice. That’s the only thing that takes me to a micro brewery really – the flavor of grain.
I will however, return time and again for their food and suggest you do so too.

I love the ambience at Vapour….one of the few nightlife places in gurgaon! On the contrary, we ordered some vegetarian starters….n they were not really up to the mark!
.-= Apeksha´s last blog ..Orange chocolate cake =-.
Vapour enforces a dress code on footwear & is not advertised anywhere! It leads to embarrassment when you take guests & the group is denied entry. I think either they state the dress code in their advertisements or we spread the word to shun Vapour to avoid embarrassment.
plz go to vapour at ur own risk staff is like theve picked up guys frm street food is horrible ambience is really badd people commenting abt gud ambience must not have gone to other places one more thing beware of pickpockets too
@mukesh: i have no doubt you had a bad time at vapour. however, with a comment like that, you might as well say osama bin laden’s hiding there too.
The food is still awesome. The ambience is amazing. The lighting is good (but the menu’s a bit tough to read). The service is really prompt and top notch.
And for what it matters, I walked in wearing floaters. Not even a smirk on the staff’s face.
The paneer tikka was good, as was the Bakwan jagung and the falafel.
